    and healthy body, so this is some advises   before diet that will help you being in perfect shape
drink about 8 cups of water every day  
drink a lot of non-sweetened fluids between the main meals, we advise you to drink green tea or cinnamon and ginger 

practice some sports at the home for 30 minutes to raise the fat burning rate  

 its better to chewing the food slowly and perfectly  

never eat any kind of sweet  

avoid the fast and fried food
